Gimlet-eyed Kristin Yamada is busy snapping street-style starlets during Fashion Week. Here are her photos to inspire you for next season (or this one), and some wardrobe picks to help you get the look.
Camille Charrière may live in London these days, but she looks très chic and right at home this week in Paris. There is so much to love about Camille’s look, but first we have got to talk about these furry Gucci loafers. They are one of the top shoes amongst blogger babes this season and way up there on my dream shopping list. Backless loafers, in general, are gaining momentum. Camille’s printed shoulder bag is another hot-ticket item. Classic separates give Camille a sophisticated casual vibe and her belted blanket wrap is right on trend. Nicely done!

Mega style star and jewelry designer Michelle Elie (@michelle_elie) is always a highlight of Paris Fashion Week. She is best known for her highly conceptual looks and constructed pieces a la Comme des Garçons. I love that today, however, she has gone for a softer textural mixing of beautiful browns and black. The metallic fuzz sweater is definitely Michelle’s statement piece. I also love the subtler detailing of her fantastic pant with vertical stripes and long fringing down both side seams. Fun, heavy metal accessories pump up the excitement. The metal mesh embellishment on Michelle’s bag and sleek gold frame of her narrow cat-eye sunglasses are too fresh. I can’t wait to see what else Michelle has in store for the week!

Bomber jackets are a massive trend at the moment. This reversible satin style on Japanese model Kozue Akimoto (@akimoto_kozue), is the hottest version on the street. I’ve tracked it from New York all the way here to Paris on so many it-girls. The long and skinny scarf too continues to be a popular pick in accessories. Leopard print, black skinny jeans and tough-girl boots all work together to create a look that is edgy and glam-rock. A bold red lip is the finishing touch. Arigatou gozaimasu Kozue!

Veronika Heilbrunner is back with another winning look. The mash-up of sport and super femme pieces is a rising theme. These track pants are killer, and the cool retro color striping really pops with a white sneaker. Veronika’s flowy off-the-shoulder top with lace trim is romantic and alludes to a bit of lingerie influence–another trending idea this season. A cozy shearling vest is the perfect choice for layering that gives both warmth and a little bit of skin show. Thanks for the inspo Veronika!
