Between Saint Laurent‘s sensational presentation at the Eiffel Tower and the deep freeze looming outside, Paris Fashion Week has been—in a word—dramatic. The same can be said of the street style. We’re always here for multiple layers—faux furs, bright puffers and plaid trenches—but we also love seeing pops of color, red especially, strutting in front of the Grand Palais. Ahead, a collection of our favorite looks from the final stop on the fashion tour, Paris.
Yasmin Sewell nails sartorial elegance in her mixed print J.W. Anderson handkerchief skirt and blazer-style duster. We love the cropped, ski-style mock neck, which provides a brilliant flash of red to the otherwise autumnal-toned outfit.

According to Valentino, pink is punk, and when combined with hot red, it’s a Valentine’s Day color scheme that we’re ready to wear for the rest of the year. The bold primary dress is perfectly complemented by touches of bubblegum, subtly breaking up the one-toned look. The drawstring waist gives the full-length piece some shape and adds an athletic lean to the dress.

The menswear trend heads into spring and summer with a black and white pinstripe version. Well crafted and sharp, the loosely tailored fit makes it decidedly more casual—the perfect daytime pantsuit. Vertical stripes elongate the figure, even when cinched with a stylish belt bag.

Another suit we’re taking into the new season? This all-red statement-maker. The beige-toned, striped tee and snakeskin heels are the perfect balance to the loud suit, while the neck scarf gives us a retro, woman-in-charge vibe. The Fendi bucket bag finishes off the look with a contemporary edge.
