Paris Fashion Week Spring 2017 is in full effect, and the style in the French fashion hub phenomenal. Here are some of our favorite (shoppable!) looks from PFW so far—captured by our gimlet-eyed street-style reporter Kristin Yamada—that we plan on emulating posthaste, and here’s how we’ll do it.
Model Sara Rossetto rocks some sparkly off-duty style. Her cozy sweatshirt is standard loungewear, but a sequin pant outshines sweatpants. Toss on a tote with silver hardware to tie the monochrome yet metallic look together for brunch or cocktails.

Blank Itinerary’s Paola Alberdi looks ready for anything in this sleek black jumpsuit with a sweet lace blouse. A plunging jumper may be the one piece that pivots your entire fall wardrobe. Wear it with tees, blouses or sweaters. Paola’s top adds some color and texture while her heeled boot under the cropped pant gives her a leggy look.

Fashion authorities no longer hold as inviolate outdated dictums like the one against white after Labor Day. Pro stylist Shiona Turini certainly flouts it while making the case for the color in the fall. Proper but not at all prim, her white vest dress looks polished with oxford pumps and a luxe quilted handbag.

Black lipstick adds a bold beauty element to Olivia Palermo’s darkly romantic outfit. The next time you’re puzzling over what to wear to dinner, recall this pleated midi skirt and lace blouse combo–a simple but lovely solution. On whether to apply a noir lip, consider your date or dining mate. Then just pucker up.
