Shiona Turini is back yet again for another go round on The Thread. Today’s ensemble is really cool and a bit conceptual. I am so into the sash skirt; it adds drama and great movement. The military base of this outfit is spot on trend, but Shiona makes everything look totally original. Merci, ma belle!
