Fringe continues to dominate the street style scene in Paris. Elle’s long, leather fringe skirt has great movement and adds some modern city style to her nautical look. The drawstring bag has been numero uno all year and shows no signs of stopping. I’m a fan of breaking the old school navy and black rule, especially when the outcome is as great as this!
