Spring has officially sprung in New York City according to the fashion pack’s brightly-colored outfits and hiked hemlines. Primary colors replace the usual head-to-toe neutrals and red continues to dominate as the current It color. But there is another standout hue on the horizon: canary yellow, as seen in brilliant knitwear, fluttering floral skirts, trousers and more.
