The London Fashion Week shows are right around the corner—they kick off on February 20—and with at least one very notable switch-up in the mix, the UK’s season should be a dramatic one.
As Vogue reported in December, Alexander McQueen is set to bring it home for their fall presentation. The very British brand has pretty much always shown in Paris, but on February 21, they’ll be back on home turf. Stay tuned to see how that all plays out.

And now back to our regularly scheduled shows …
1. SPACE favorite Marques’Almeida made the very most of their very big moment. Everyone in London was wearing the young duo’s frayed denim separates, so the buzz was palpable in a very visceral way. Just getting out to the industrial performance space in Islington was a feat; getting inside was a hard-won battle—but the rewards came with oversized classics, raw ruffles and an evocative narrative vibe calling up a sort of Odyssean adventure with a ’90s soundtrack.
