Ramya is rocking these winter layers today. I love the balance of patterns and textures in this outfit. This is a bold look, but the color palette keeps things from getting too wild. I didn’t know I needed a voluminous, cropped turtleneck sweater until now, but after seeing Ramya I must find one asap! Her floral skirt hints at spring, despite the snow on the ground. Those amazing zip up booties are chic and have enough tread to be safe on the slippery streets.
