I’ve never been much of a fan of ruffles, but Jessica has converted me. Her cascading one-shouldered blouse is heavenly and her loose, wavy hair is an excellent complement. Jessica’s pairing of an extremely feminine top with tailored menswear trousers is an unexpectedly lovely case of “opposites attract.” The all-black palette keeps this look clean and evokes modern elegance.
